 Our preaching teams offer a model of faith and flexibility, collaboration and willingness to share the Word of God and to be visible witness of the Church. We give witness to the experience of God's action in our lives and invite others to share their faith. We invite people to experience life-giving rituals. We rely upon the power of the Church's sacraments to heal, renew, and bring new life and energy to God's own people. We are servants in the spirit of the prophet striving to touch God's poorest ones not only in the United States, but in the Church throughout the world.
As a national group of preachers, we work together to give support to one another as competent and qualified preachers. We come together regularly to evaluate our ministry to the people and to revise and renew our patterns of ministry and preaching. We wish to truly evangelize God's people and enlist their help in our team ministry.
We offer a variety of mission formats to parishes depending on circumstances and special needs. Some formats are also available in Spanish. We provide a four day mission, beginning with invitational preaching on the weekend. The mission itself begins on Sunday evening and ends on Wednesday. The mission team arrives Friday evening and gives a mini-retreat to the parish team on Saturday. Isaiah Ministries provides preparation materials as well as follow-up materials to aid the mission process.
