There are four Isaiah Parish Mission formats, each with a unique focus. The newest mission offered is Building the Kingdom in a Changing World New Mission Format Building the Kingdom in a Changing World
A new Isaiah Parish Mission designed to begin the rebuilding process of our lives, the Church, and the world.
Foundational Scripture: 1 Peter 2:4-6 "Come to him, a living stone, rejected by men but approved, nonetheless, and precious in God's eyes. You too are living stones, built as an edifice of spirit, into a holy priesthood, offering spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God through Jesus Christ."
The Church has been presented with an unsurpassable opportunity to be a major source of comfort, reconciliation, healing and peace. People have new losses, fears, heartaches, and hurts, in addition to normal losses and stress which are part and parcel of ordinary life.
This new parish mission is designed to help parish leadership assist parishioners in coping with the various crises affecting their lives whatever the crises might be, whatever the degree of pain might be, and whatever new crises might arise. Of necessity, the content of this mission will need to be adapted as the times change.
But the process of reconciliation and healing remains the same through the love of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit.
Session One: We Live in a Fallen World—Naming our feelings. Session Two: We are Redeemed—The call to forgiveness. Session Three: God's Healing Power—Remember God's grace. Session Four: Sent as Instruments of Change —Facilitate restoration, recovery, hope. We can help you choose the mission best suited to your parish needs.

Finally, we too are invited to communion with Christ as we claim this heritage for ourselves.
